    BR00KE _Amonalisa: Always my go-to place to get like little things like trinkets and stuff to like build a gift with like teacher appreciation week, body/makeup gift baskets, and etc. Its always a go-to for me has been for quite a few years now and every time I go I always get something that I just like and love and this time it didnt have a lot that I was interested in but I grabbed a few things. Like I said its my go to store for things like that make-up, bows, brushes, hair mask, facial mask, little tattoos, party accessories, and they always have great bath bombs. Oh and scarves, scarves are my favorite because I wear them for my hair and I just got a new one which I love! Customer service could definitely be upgraded because the ladies there they just look at you like get your stuff and get out basically and I can understand you know but like you have to enjoy where you work or dont work there.

I had a small diamond fallout due to a broken prong, and Sam did everything to restore my ring and it looks like new. !! It literally took my breath away. I highly recommend this jewelry store for purchase, cleaning, and restoring. I’m new to the area and this was store was close to my home. I decided to try it out based on reviews and I was not disappointed. They are thorough, efficient, and have great communication. I will be taking my ring in every six months for cleaning.     nohemi VArgas: I got my Dauther’s 15 ring here and I thought it was going to be a really good quality for what I saw the costumer service was really good and we agree on the price but it’s not even been a year and her ring star to faded or it has some tipe of discoloration which is really rare because it’s supposed to be good they told me 14 k. That never happened to me before in other places so I was specting the same thing

    Marie McDaniel: Went in to see and order a class ring for my son. The website makes it seem like there are rings there. There are no class rings! We ordered one based on the online images. It came in today. It is correct, but feels so light (like plastic). During pick up, I had to wait because both employees had prospective customers looking. Another couple left while waiting bc it took so long. The employee was dragging out the interaction rather than simply get my order. Ridiculous!

    Kavion Washington: I’m so disheartened by my experience here, they seemed nice enough when I brought my ring in for an estimate on a repair the man there I thought at the time was kind enough to reshape the ring before putting it away for further review by the jeweler. When I called the next day to inquire a lady stated there were cracks that would have to be fixed as well as some other issues. Unfortunately I did not bring my ring in cracked - it was a result of him reshaping my ring. The quote was considerably higher than I anticipated and in the disappointment of not being able address my original concern I didn’t realize until I was driving home that this damage was not preexisting. I’m including photos of how the ring entered the shop and how i left with it. Though the lady may have had no knowledge of what took place when i dropped it off she suggested that perhaps I had dropped something heavy on the ring .

Guaranteed the work, and when a minor issue arose stood by the guarantee and corrected work for no additional charge. Worked with foreign and older pieces without any issue. Willing to undertake creative/extensive revisions and repairs. Also, incredibly accessible and promptly communicated. Truly 10/10 experience.
