1 /5 Marie McDaniel: Went in to see and order a class ring for my son. The website makes it seem like there are rings there. There are no class rings! We ordered one based on the online images. It came in today. It is correct, but feels so light (like plastic). During pick up, I had to wait because both employees had prospective customers looking. Another couple left while waiting bc it took so long. The employee was dragging out the interaction rather than simply get my order. Ridiculous!

1 /5 Stephen Meginnis: I have shopped and purchased here several times. Today will be my last visit. The general staff was very polite and friendly. However, when it was time to talk numbers I was handed over to the general manager Tami who met me with distain. My questions were answered in a condescending manner if answered at all. Her style of sales and customer service made the entire visit feel like buying a car. I told her this out of sincerity and to figure out how we had gotten off on the wrong foot. Rather than explain I was told I could take my business elsewhere. I plan on doing just that. Very disappointing.
