Hassaan Khan: There are many jewelry places at this mall. Only Diamond City gets my business. They are first, and foremost, honest. Ive never had a single issue with the individuals who work there. The owner "Big K" is a really nice guy. They sell all types of jewelry. Anything from Gold chains to Gold Grillz. Absolutely the best.

Tasha Brush: We thought a very expensive chain from the store owner and she was very awful about it breaking days after we FINALLY RECEIVED it 2 months after we ordered it. She originally ordered the wrong color. Anyway, sorted that out and NEVER went back. My husband, kids and I enjoy riding our bikes and she yelled at us for riding by her store stating bikes aren’t allowed. She is mean, greedy and heartless. Cares only about herself and her daughters. I don’t recommend interacting with this store.

I was very clear that this piece was for a once-in-a-lifetime milestone event, and I trusted them to follow through. They didn’t. Their poor communication and inability to manage orders properly caused a lot of stress and disappointment. If you’re ordering for something time-sensitive or meaningful, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Stormey Miller: For my first time trying to resize my wedding ring I am very upset. Today I was refused a refund after they completely messed up my ring. Instead of resizing it they played with and after two day the engagement ring bottom flattened out. I cannot believe this is how they would handle a military soldiers wife’s wedding band and ring after showing signs supporting the military. They didn’t even try to polish the inside of the ring. Very upset and would not recommend getting your ring done here.
