I was very clear that this piece was for a once-in-a-lifetime milestone event, and I trusted them to follow through. They didn’t.
Their poor communication and inability to manage orders properly caused a lot of stress and disappointment. If you’re ordering for something time-sensitive or meaningful, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
