    Beka Mc: The renovations recently done make this a great place to workout! My only complaint is that this machine for quads is in high demand and they need 1-2 more of them. I wait and wait and wait for a turn (partly because people sit on it while on their cell phone).

    Missy: I love The Blueprint Experience! My husband and I joined 3 months ago and its been amazing! The classes are motivating, fun and challenging! My favorite is the Move class. I have noticed such improvement in basic day to day movements and learned so much in just this short time! The staff is so friendly, helpful and encouraging, as are the fellow members! The facilities are nice and clean with top quality equipment! The Fit 3D body scan shows the changes as you progress; which is also encouraging! The Blueprint offers an overall wellness approach to being the best you can be!

    Aubrey: The Full Circle Fitness gym has the best coaches ever- they are so supportive and also push you to be your best. They have also created a super supportive and fun community within the gym with the group class-style sessions. Additionally, the movements at the gym themselves are great for mobility and strength and I love how there are always modifications if you can’t perform the original exercise. Lastly, I love the strength and cardio set up where we do both a strength portion and a cardio portion everyday, as I feel is it a perfect balance between functional strength training and helping to improve your cardiovascular health. All in all, this is a great gym and all of the members make you feel so included and welcome!

    Sharon Hui: Always a good time at Anytime. So much merch and you get a great workout every time! Super nice staff and they keep it clean! The equipment is older but is a testament that they are here to stay! They have an open floor plan with their iconic purple carpet section. They also offer tanning room, which adds to the uniqueness of this Anytime!

A special thank you to Cody for working with my son even while he’s in a cast. He is not in the rehab phase yet, but the minimal, safe routine helps him stay consistent and motivated.     Jeannie Smith: Nathan Smith taught a workshop on stretching strategies. I would totally recommend him for personal training or dynamic stretch. He was super knowledgeable, kind and funny all at the same time. The stretches that he taught in this workshop have helped me prepare for both pickleball and any other workout class. Update: 10/29/25: I just finished a personal Dynamic Stretch Trial with Carlos Lee. Like Nathan (above), Carlos was excellent, knowledgeable and a good listener and I would eagerly recommend him as well. Unlike the workshop above with Nathan where he taught you stretches in a small group that you can do on your own, this was a 1 on 1 stretching session--more like a physical therapy session where Carlos stretched you. Both are important and serve different purposes and needs.
