5 /5 Jeannie Smith: Nathan Smith taught a workshop on stretching strategies. I would totally recommend him for personal training or dynamic stretch. He was super knowledgeable, kind and funny all at the same time. The stretches that he taught in this workshop have helped me prepare for both pickleball and any other workout class.
Update: 10/29/25: I just finished a personal Dynamic Stretch Trial with Carlos Lee. Like Nathan (above), Carlos was excellent, knowledgeable and a good listener and I would eagerly recommend him as well. Unlike the workshop above with Nathan where he taught you stretches in a small group that you can do on your own, this was a 1 on 1 stretching session--more like a physical therapy session where Carlos stretched you. Both are important and serve different purposes and needs.
