    Tim Acklen: I was hesitant to leave a review, but after countless attempts to resolve insurance issues, both by email and direct phone calls. Yates & Associates has been unresponsive, in fact neglectful in every way. They were always very helpful and accommodating, up until I closed my business and needed to cancel my policies. From that point forward, they acted as if I didnt exist and FAILED to follow through with cancelling my policies. Ive been going in circles with providers getting things cancelled on my own. I definitely will NEVER utilize their services again, so please be very mindful before trusting them with your insurance needs.

When my daughter was in an accident a few years ago (not at fault, a lady t-boned her), I called to let her know about it as soon as I got to the scene. Ten minutes later I turned around and she was right there to make sure my daughter was ok and to start the process through our (and the other lady’s) insurance. Her guidance was invaluable to me and my family. Fast forward to last week. I got my insurance bill - which had significantly increased.
