1 /5 Tim Acklen: I was hesitant to leave a review, but after countless attempts to resolve insurance issues, both by email and direct phone calls. Yates & Associates has been unresponsive, in fact neglectful in every way. They were always very helpful and accommodating, up until I closed my business and needed to cancel my policies. From that point forward, they acted as if I didnt exist and FAILED to follow through with cancelling my policies. Ive been going in circles with providers getting things cancelled on my own. I definitely will NEVER utilize their services again, so please be very mindful before trusting them with your insurance needs.
