1 /5 The Greatest: This is a horrible Gym, everything is broken, Clearly not worth the money, go across the street to the rec center it is the same price everything is brand-new Gym, basketball courts, etc…

5 /5 Andrew Landry: I definitely recommend this gym! Its 24/7 access also. I work shift work/DuPont and so this gym accommodates to my schedule. The manger is motivated and friendly. She let me come in the gym for 24 hours for free as a trial, before I signed up for a membership. Then you can use that membership at other snap fitness’s also. The best part is the open back room for the Athletes

1 /5 Admin Duratex: 12/12/24 Update: Many previously mentioned issues were eventually addressed. Not all but many. However, after having a homeless person & their dog walk past me in the gym yesterday I came in today with open eyes. Low & behold there was dog food on the table...? I took a walk out the back door (also access to a bonus gym area) and found there is open access to the street via the maintenance hall. A room to the right of the hall is an obvious meet room/urban bathroom area for who knows who. On the brightside you dont actually need a membership to use this gym. On the downside, if you do, expect the unexpected and bring spare change. Im posting a video of this adventure. An added feature of the video is the phone ringing off the hook in the background. Since noone is there this is always the case. ...The place is falling apart. Half of the lights are out, half of the cardio machines do not work and the drop tile ceiling is literally falling down. The toilets do not work and while you can repair the mens toilet for one use you should not have to. Nor should there be a hole in the wall between the mens room and the shower room. The adjustable incline benches are broken, for crying out loud the there is a dry erase board by the front door with a request to respect the gym and the easel it sits on is broken. Management here is way beyond member comfort and tetering on the edge of losing their OC permit should someone find out.

1 /5 Charles Crane: This gym has gone significantly downhill since Amy has left. The new management is not personable at all! They dont remember my name, greet me with a smile, or seem to care about me like Amy did. She was always a warm smile and face greeting me, and had a personal interest in my workout and personal needs. She somehow managed to keep up with all the members names, their kids, and even knew when they just werent having a good day. She was all around a great person to have on staff, and will be truly missed.

1 /5 Maria Mendoza: I’ve been going to this gym since I was 18 still in school I am now 22 and I feel very uncomfortable going just because the staff not all of them there’s a older lady very rude no good service seems stuck up I walked in with a guest didn’t see anyone at front desk so I was looking around to see who was there to ask about paying the guest fee & she was very petty I heard her tell one of her employees “ I don’t care who walks in a group a couple they need to all scan in and pay guest fee” or whatever in a rude tone as if I was trying to sneak someone in. She doesn’t make me feel welcome at all the last 2 encounters I had with her. I remember when Amy worked there and the other guy I always felt welcomed & they were so nice / sweet.
