But the collection manager JUDY is one of the most disrespectful, humiliating, non compassionate person. If you miss even a day she judges and assumes that Im out partying not taking care of my responsibilities. If I recorded how she talks harshly to client. Im sure the company would be in shock. Im totally almost in tears writing this by the way she treats me.

Yolanda Calhoun: As a client I was disappointed that my employees received their pay checks late often because AWH does not offer direct deposit. They were slow to respond to emails. After switching payroll companies they carelessly sent my employees final W2 with their full SSN exposed and did not put the suite / apt number. Who still exposes a full SSN in 2021? Their system has to be out dated. I do not recommend this company.

Britt Nicole: Paid off my title loan back in 2020. Went to the DMV to get a new title thinking I just misplaced it. Found out that it still wasnt released. Went to the Cashstore to be told I had a $2k balance, that I paid 5 years ago. The employee that I worked with was apparently fired (potential theft was what I was told) and yet, I still dont have my title! They want me to double pay for it to get it back. They claim I owe them, but the vehicle has been with me, not attempt to pick it up. My number hasnt changed in 15 years. Not 1 call, letter or attempt to retrieve it. SCAMMERS!
