1 /5 Britt Nicole: Paid off my title loan back in 2020. Went to the DMV to get a new title thinking I just misplaced it. Found out that it still wasnt released. Went to the Cashstore to be told I had a $2k balance, that I paid 5 years ago. The employee that I worked with was apparently fired (potential theft was what I was told) and yet, I still dont have my title! They want me to double pay for it to get it back. They claim I owe them, but the vehicle has been with me, not attempt to pick it up. My number hasnt changed in 15 years. Not 1 call, letter or attempt to retrieve it. SCAMMERS!

3 /5 Bruce Wayn3: Ursula was great and she is the only reason for the rating. She shouldnt be penalized for working for the organization. It shoild be zero stars. The service is pretty much robbery but I was over a barrel. I am a 100% Disabled veteran and had no where to turn. I will never use this service again. It would have been cheaper to find an old mob boss or a bookie to borrow money from. At least I would know that I was being screwed over. I will get the word out to other veterans to be aware. 5 /5 Janis Opiana: Maria has exceptional customer service! Her kindness and understanding makes me feel comfortable asking for a loan during my financial struggles. She makes me feel like im asking a close family member for financial help. The company is very lucky to have her. If and when i have a financial need, questions or concerns i can always go to Maria at the 78th store location for help. I trust her.

John Meek: Terrible, stuck up people! Screwed up their own paperwork, tried to blame me. Called me a thief after I had already worked off the factored invoices. Paid them in full, treated me with disrespect and tried to sue me. DO NOT TRUST THEM! They have a crooked law firm out of Houston that U will have to fight off. I won! I paid these people in full, in a timely manner! They had to pay their own lawyer. Now they make hollow and petty threats in their response. These people have no backbone, but plenty of lawyer money! BEWARE! I wish I could give a zero star review!

Coupled with a decline in timely service at my closest dealership; Crest - I would not ever again consider buying another Infiniti. Roxanne Reese: My 84 year old mother worked for GMAC for over 25 years. The customer service of today would have never been accepted; she would have been fired for such incompetence and unprofessionalism. She paid off her vehicle lease and purchased the car the first of September. She has been waiting on the bill of sale and title in her name ever since. She made several calls and was promised the title. The title was sent to some dealership somewhere in Oklahoma; we live in Texas in the DFW area. She had to call the dealership herself to get it sent to her by FedEx. When it arrived, the bill of sale and title were both in the dealerships name. Now she is having to jump through hoops to get GM Financials screw-up straightened out. She has now spoken with 8 different people trying to get a statement of fact so that she can go to the title office to get it changed into her name. They make the mess and she has to go through the stress, inconvenience and pain to clean it all up? Shes 84, handicapped and she has to be the one to jump through the hoops to clean up their mess??? GM Financial is not the company it used to be where people take responsibility for their mistakes, fix their mistakes and provide quality customer service. All she wants is the bill of sale and the clear title to the car that she paid for. GM Financial had no problems cashing her check and cashing it fast.

Lynn Lance: Went to Ace to get a money order 600.00 off my EBT card and the lady said swipe your card then she said that it didnt go through, so she had me swipe again it didnt go through again! She handed me two receipts and one said connection error network timed out so I go home call my card and sure enough the money was withdrawen as an eft, I called support opened a ticket the district manager called and told me to get a copy of my statement, so I hand delivered it to the cashier and she said up to 72 hours the boss will get back to you so three days later I called and the cashier said oh my boss said we didnt receive the funds check with your bank so I did but its an EBT card the only way to get the money returned by EBT is skimming or phishing theft and that there is no way they can refund any monies because it shows that ace check cashing had processed an eft via the POS machine! So I have to do my due diligence and find out that the cashier needs to go to the POS machine and upload all the offline pending transactions! So I put in another ticket through cs and I even email the ace president and nothing Ive received nothing in response from anyone! I waited till June 2 one month after the incident happened and to no avail I still havent received the reimbursement from the POS machine! This is 600.00 well 615.32 to be exact! I need my funds desperately and no one will follow up or reply to my email! Its very very frustrating because now I owe someone 600.00 and I dont have it. Im sick to my stomach over this. This is more than frustrating its hindered my life , bills didnt get paid and Im in debt now. I had to research who owned the POS or atms inside ace so here I am . The last not only has been rude but she probably took my money! Im out 615.32 because no one will help me. I will never ever go to Ace check cashing for anything and Ive been a customer for over 4 years there and I will never go back. Its a shame that a billion dollar company just scoffs at the poor and passes the buck to someone else as if it doesnt matter and clearly it doesnt but to me it does matter, 600.00 is a lot of money.
