1 /5 Cecil Graves: I understand totally that I have a financial responsibility to honor my contract which I do. Although Im late I work to pay my debt. But the collection manager JUDY is one of the most disrespectful, humiliating, non compassionate person. If you miss even a day she judges and assumes that Im out partying not taking care of my responsibilities. If I recorded how she talks harshly to client. Im sure the company would be in shock. Im totally almost in tears writing this by the way she treats me.

5 /5 Hunter Haddad: Chase was excellent to work with, other people saying he is rude obviously didn’t actually talk to him. Chase went above and beyond in a very professional manner, explained to me my rights, explained to me how GAP works, and even went above and beyond to help me contact gap. In a world where honesty is hard to find, my interaction with chase was a breath of fresh air. 5/5 whenever you need anything ask for Chase!

1 /5 karina: ‼️ THIS IS YOUR WARNING ‼️ DO NOT FINANCE HERE!!!!! Worst place to finance a car. Absolutely under no circumstances would I ever finance a car here again. The employees are rude to the customers, they are very sarcastic. Especially chase! Also keep in mind, they DONT offer refinancing. So you’re basically stuck here if you have a rate that you are not happy with. DO NOT FINANCE HERE!!!!!! Irving and Richardson are in the middle of a merge!! SO DONT FINANCE AT EITHER PLACE!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️

1 /5 Mani and nanni BAILEY: If I can give this place zero stars, I wouldn’t even do that, that would be too generous. This is thee ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY TO FINANCE THROUGH! LIKE TERRIBLE! HORRIBLE! TREACHEROUS! And whatever else negative attributes that comes with them. They lack compassion, empathy, understanding, and soooooooo much integrity! During the absolute worst financial times, high layoffs and rising inflation of this day and age, they make you feel like it’s only a YOU thing and no one cares and figure it out or else. They are bullies and predators. And when this company (because they will) go bankrupt in this economy, I would love to see how they “figure it out.” Do yourself a favor and DO NOT FINANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!
