She doesn’t honor what the receipt says bought a necklace that the first time I wore it the clamp came undone and almost the pendant that was more expensive than the chain. Went into exchange it after I fell off my neck because the clamp was not working properly and she didn’t honor the 3 day return policy she has on the receipt. I’m still waiting to see if I get my ring I ordered the day I bought poor quality necklace and bracelet and pendant. I put 100 dollars down and haven’t heard from her about it yet. Filing a complaint with BBB

1 /5 c.rystaa.l: Beware when purchasing, make sure it is not hollowed gold or all magnetic. Also, if you want your money back that is not possible only exchange , and if you go a second time to exchange a broken “gold” item that you purchased from there, she will not accept it! ….P.S Gold is bought from a third party vendor . Not all gold inside this store is the same . I took a big loss with the items I bought. Do your research people !

The jeweler even let me try on engagement rings since I was window shopping while waiting for my ring (took 5 minutes to clean). He even educated me on what would best fit and what to look for. I was extremely pleased and grateful!!!
