Joe Ochoa: Pretty nice gym, had a lot of equipment and was overall a nice place. Although, this one worker was saying we were lying about our ages based on our appearances. She said “i know yall are lying, im not stupid” besides this everything was pretty nice.

Scott Clark: Avoid this place at all costs — the way they handle billing and communication is unbelievably unprofessional. This gym repeatedly hits you with surprise charges, refuses to take responsibility for their own mistakes, and hides behind fine print instead of being transparent. The customer service is dismissive, unhelpful, and seems designed to make sure you pay for their errors. Here’s what happened: 1. Three charges for one service. My girlfriend had to book the body scan three separate times because they couldn’t get their act together — the machine was broken the first time, the trainer didn’t show up the second time, and only on the third try did she finally get the scan. Despite that, they charged her for all three appointments. When we brought it up, they blamed us for not reporting their own no-shows and technical problems. They refused a refund even though the extra charges were entirely due to their failures. 2. Misleading membership information. I spoke with the manager, Liz, about adding myself to my girlfriend’s membership. She explained the new monthly rate and very clearly told me that we could go back to the original plan at any time with no fees. That turned out to be false — downgrading comes with a $20 processing fee that was never mentioned. When I pointed this out, their response was basically, “It was in the agreement,” instead of acknowledging that I was given inaccurate information. This experience was enough for me to decide I’m done with Crunch entirely. If you’re thinking of joining, think twice — the lack of transparency and accountability here just isn’t worth it.

Adrian Acosta: So I give this place 5 stars, not because its one of the best indoor soccer facilities, but because I appreciate everything the owners do for our soccer community. Sure the facilities arent state of the art, but kids and adults have the luxury to enjoy the game they love any time of the year. Thank you all for what you do to enhance soccer in our community.

Lindzey Saenz: Tried to get my 2 boys in and the Coach wasn’t the slightest interested in helping my Husband and I with information or the process of getting things going. Was very disappointed in the way we were treated. Worked out for the best though.

Mindy Quimby: Dropped in and got a day pass for a workout while we were in town and this place is awesome! All new and well maintained equipment, an awesome and huge indoor rock climbing area, a nice sized open gym area with an additional room that we could move some rowers and kettle bells into to have our own private area, and there were fresh towels in the locker rooms. It was quiet and empty, which is how I like my gym. I have only two complaints: I wish there was a larger selection of kettle bells in the open gym area and getting 2 day passes was kind of a long process. The girl at the front desk was super nice but it was a little frustrating getting signed in, as she had to enter all our information (name, phone number, email address, physical address, emergency contact) and then had to charge my card separately for the drop in fee for two people. We also inquired about playing pickle ball after, and it was quite a process of downloading an app, entering all my information again, entering my credit card information, and getting signed in as a guest. We ended up not playing because they didn’t have any available times for another hour or so, which I wish would have been mentioned before I went through all that, but not a huge deal, as it will be all set up and ready to go to reserve a court when we’re in the area again. Overall, pretty awesome gym!! I would definitely look into getting a membership here if we lived in town.
