1 /5 Rachel Barnhouse: My guy bought my engagement ring here, a week after I got it the ring split in the back. Two weeks after getting fixed from them, a diamond fell out today. They are lucky they are closed today bc Im ready to give them a piece of my mind. Going to get the ring checked to see if its real diamonds, I dont trust them at this point. We are a loyal couple that only go to family owned businesss and will buy all our jewelry from there if we like it, but either they just dont care or dont know what they are doing. Im very disappointed because my fiancé liked them and Rialto would have had a lifetime customer.
