Their infrared classes make you sweat but you feel so good afterwards. It’s been great for joint pain and inflammation. Very welcoming environment and fun classes. Highly recommend trying it out! The new owner, Maddie, is the sweetest and really pours her heart and soul into The Hidden Gem.
