    Jordan Potts: The Hidden Gem in Sulphur Springs, TX is wonderful! They offer a variety of classes including Pilates, yoga, strength training, beat boxing and more! Their infrared classes make you sweat but you feel so good afterwards. It’s been great for joint pain and inflammation. Very welcoming environment and fun classes. Highly recommend trying it out! The new owner, Maddie, is the sweetest and really pours her heart and soul into The Hidden Gem.

    Kim Tomlinson: I just saw Dr. Jerad Howell for back tightened and I highly recommended him because the chiropractors I have seen before, all they do adjusting to popped it but Jerad done it differently to working on to relieve the pressure to loose it up. He also did adjustment and taught me how to do self massage with ball at home and in the car to help my back to loose it up whenever it starts tightening. My back feels very loose than I have had in a long time. Appreciate his time with me to figure out why and went over either me what we need to work on to get better. Plan on going back to see him again. Thank you Jerad!
