1 /5 Andrea Gene: I get off at 5pm, pulled up to the bank at 5:28pm to deposit money for my mortgage. When I got there I waited behind another car, by the time I pull up it’s 5:38PM the lady sees me and starts closing the blinds and turns off the open signs. ARE YOU SERIOUS? Like seriously? You see me, I was there before you close and because I had to wait forever I couldn’t deposit my money. I’m so done with this bank. It’s just the icing on the cake. I would suggest going to a credit union if you’re looking. This bank will charge you MULTIPLE overdraft fees, even if the overdraft is from an automatic payment. One of the overdraft fees is $100.

5 /5 Lea Phelps: We have banked with Prosperity bank since 2000 when it was First Capital! The branch in Seguin is by far THE BEST bank Prosperity has. The tellers, Cheryl, Kendra, and Misouki are absolutely the best! They are always helpful and knowledgeable. We can depend on them in person or by phone. Our dealings with Gloria have always been the best! The President at that branch Lisa Hernandez is not only professional but she is the friendliest. She is always willing to go that extra step! Prosperity is certainly lucky to have this group of ladies taking care of its customers! Keep these and help them grow!
