    Kimberly Gandy: Horrible customer service!!! Worst service of all comes from the Bank Manager herself, Delana Coyle. With such short lobby hours, it closes at 3:30pm, I had to make my service request via drive thru window. But instead being understanding and helpful she spent 14min telling me that should could not make any exceptions because it would hold the line for other customers. In that 14 min not one car pulled into the drive thru and they weren’t helping anyone in the lobby because it was closed.

We just moved to town and had read great reviews, however we stopped in to see if we could go over our needs and possibly set up an appointment to get accounting services started and were very disappointed. The receptionist hardly gave us the time of day, and the CPA didn’t even come out to meet us or ask if we could set up an appointment. We were turned away with “you’ll have to make an appointment, and she’ll be out all next week.” Needless to say we’ll find someone else to handle our business.

    Nicholas P: I went into the Seguin branch on Monday 8/26 to order a new debit card because mine was expiring. I talked to a teller and a banker and they Updated my address even though they had the correct one on hand. They assured me that I would receive a new card would in 5-7 business days and that they do not issue instant temporary cards. It has been 8 business days and I have not received any updates or the card. I called CS today and rep said they didnt see any card being shipped. He was awesome and ordered a new card and authorized it to be to be used via my digital wallet. So here I am, having to take cash out with my ID for what will be 3 weeks unless the card doesnt arrive. I spent 40 mins at this branch and even sat down with an incompetent banker that didnt even send the card or mention the digital wallet version? He was a 40-50 year old man and was doing something on his computer for 15-20mins and all he did was change my mailing address and didnt even order it? Its 2024 and I shouldnt have to wait to acces my bank account at all let alone almost 2-3 weeks. I dont ever leave extremely negative reviews ever but I feel so stupid checking the mail everyday for something that was never going to be there. Also the fact that it wasnt mentioned that I could just access the new card via digital wallet and didnt have to wait. This was lazy customer service for an extremely simple problem. I am worse off for going into the branch instead of just calling a CS rep and that is sad. Maybe someone from this branch will see this and this problem wont happen to anyone else.
