The people here at the Seguin location were extremely sweet and helpful! The wait was supposed to be an hour but it was only about 30 minutes which was far better than trying to get anything handled over the phone. I suggest just going in and waiting if you need to...they take great care of you.

1 /5 Alfred Garcia: I have been calling all day today no answer I would like to know if I can get some help Im not working two years in the way you looks with this human resource office he seems like they got other things to do besides answering the phone when it ring I called two different numbers in both of them just dont answer at all. Im fixing to go to San Antonio in file in San Antonio with the Department of human resources over there and let them know that the office here in Seguin dont answer the phone always busy.

So then when i decide to call there instead no one answers the phone. I keep calling for 45 min and no one answers. This place needs a who new staff to assist people properly.

With such short lobby hours, it closes at 3:30pm, I had to make my service request via drive thru window. But instead being understanding and helpful she spent 14min telling me that should could not make any exceptions because it would hold the line for other customers. In that 14 min not one car pulled into the drive thru and they weren’t helping anyone in the lobby because it was closed.

We just moved to town and had read great reviews, however we stopped in to see if we could go over our needs and possibly set up an appointment to get accounting services started and were very disappointed. The receptionist hardly gave us the time of day, and the CPA didn’t even come out to meet us or ask if we could set up an appointment. We were turned away with “you’ll have to make an appointment, and she’ll be out all next week.” Needless to say we’ll find someone else to handle our business.
