5 /5 Debora Williams: This is a very nice planet fitness. It has lots of new machines. Its never crowded. Its always cool and comfortable to work out. This staff is polite.The bathrooms are clean

1 /5 Megan Ceccato: Always come in with sandals and do the elliptical or do yoga stretches and light free weights upstairs - this morning a worker rudely told me I and the others with me had to leave - I said the others with me would still be working out as they have closed shoes on. She said ok, you can leave or wait in the little waiting room. I said Id be using the massage chair. Have never been kicked out before. Theres maybe two other people as its early. We will be going to Crux only (people even go barefoot there). She wasnt even at the desk when we scanned in, came out when we were about to go in. She said, "Yes my name is Shannon," when I didnt even ask, as if she was proud about everything.

5 /5 Jimmy D: Clean gym,fantastic energy equipment goes down they’ll have it fixed as soon as possible.the shower smells amazing & fresh for the men’s as far as I know.only downside it’s not huge so it tends to get crowded during peak so expect a wait time.overall great gym if you’re starting off in you’re workout journey.

3 /5 Anshuman Bhatnagar: The temperature is in mid-90s and about to go higher and the air conditioner is not functional! Even one of the fans has not been working for almost a week now. We’re charged every month for membership but the facilities provided are not even the basic! I’ve been a member for over 2 years now. I have never had such a problem before. I hope the management considers this and helps out with a solution. Apart from this, everything else has been great!

5 /5 Nellie Jaimes: I just want to give a big shoutout to Bella at the front desk! She’s always so welcoming and polite—every single morning she greets everyone with a smile. I still remember my first day at the gym; I felt so intimidated walking in, but Bella was the first person to break the ice and instantly made me feel comfortable. Now, six months later and still going strong with my 5 a.m. workouts, I genuinely look forward to chatting with her when I arrive and again on my way out. Her positive energy sets the tone for the day and makes the gym feel like such a friendly, motivating place. Bella is truly an asset to the team!
