I started attending at the end of my first trimester and have continued through post-postpartum... although I have had to slow down due to lack of time. Lol Pilates during pregnancy kept me stronger and in less discomfort. Claire is creates the best routines to keep participants strong and stable. She is kind and meets you where you are in your journey. I highly recommend this studio.
