Started a membership just over a month ago and with Eriks guidance teaching TacFit methods, I am making progress and excited to show up. It isn’t easy, but worth it. Looking at long term gains in strength, mobility, flexibility and the TacFit system is the perfect solution versus regular weight training. Both my wife and I are glad we found Longhorn H&F and know we found the right place for expert level training in bodyweight, kettlebell, club bell, and mace training. All of these train towards real life activity instead of muscle isolation. Update: October 2024, still 5+ stars, working out 3-5x per week, been to several hosted UFC fight events, and other meetups with members. Great community at Longhorn!

Julian Serna: I had a great time dropping in for like 10 days at this gym, facility was amazing but the coaches were even better, Paige and Brody are rockstars and were so welcoming as were the members. Highly suggest anyone visiting or if your local to check them out, you’ll get a great workout with some great people.
