1 /5 Jonathan Rierson: Couple years ago I signed up and was frequently at the gym, then I moved somewhere that didnt have a PF nearby so I canceled my membership (this was after I already had it for about 2 years) as I was canceling it I found out they were double charging me the entire time, wasnt happy but I took the loss figuring it shouldve noticed sooner, I informed the manager about it while I was canceling (for some reason they were the only one that can cancel memberships) after days of trying to catch them at work cause they were never around. Fast forward to today (about 1 1/2 years) after I had gone through the hassle of canceling my membership IM STILL BEING CHARGED, Im going to assume it was just incompetence on the managers part and I hope they are no longer there, but over all that time im now about $600 extra dollars out at least in gym membership fees that should not have existed. 10/10 never signing up with you guys again. And make it easier to cancel these things, why do I HAVE to be there in person when a manager isnt guaranteed to be there when people what to cancel, just let me do it online so I dont have to spend the extra hour an a half doing this. Ill see you in a bit to to cancel again i guess
