Nathalie in particular has been absolutely life changing to work with and every other trainer I’ve interacted with has been exceptionally positive and uplifting. Even the maintenance and cleaning staff are always warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities are always kept on top shape, clean and functional with an excellent variety of equipment to keep clients engaged and challenged. The Perfected Bodies team and facility have been such a blessing in my life and the life of their clients - I recommend this team to everyone. A HUGE Thanks to the Perfected Bodies staff!

David listened to me and made a personalized workout plan to fit my exact needs. Ii have just recently stopped attending therapy and hoped I could find a gym that felt like home. I’ve found one here. Quote of the day: “I love this gym” -my wife. I agree!

5 /5 Jenilyn Freestone: This gym is amazing. Staff is wonderful and the best part is you dont feel judged. You dont have to have a personal trainer to enjoy this gym, but they have some amazing trainers. My youngest went in for some PT and she felt so welcomed. (11yr old Autistic female) She wasnt afraid of the equipment or the size of the gym. The gym set up is perfect. They have a turf room upstairs. This room is spacious. There are three tvs in the turf room for those who are working on the treadmills, stairs or elliptical. In the main gym you will find the equipment set up for an easy rotation. 24hr gym! Heck yeah! Working out when it fits your schedule. Check this place out! I recommend this gym, 100% amazing!

5 /5 Eira Bravo: I’ve been a member of this gym for about a year now, starting out with the group classes then moving on to one on one sessions. This is the first gym I’ve ever attended where I feel supported and safe. It’s an incredible family type environment where I get greeted, smiles, recognition, and my butt whooped in the best way ever!!! If you’re thinking of joining, don’t think and just do it. I’m almost at my goal weight and I did it because of the amazing training at this gym.

Kaylee: Canaan and Abigale have been the best! I come at night everyday and it’s always clean and they provide excellent service! The make coming to the gym feel welcoming and are now a part of my daily routine, no matter what they always say hello when I walk in the door. Marshall Kaczmark: Been with anytime forever, even go to their yearly summits for the franchise owners with my friends family that owns a bunch of them. Love the anytime franchise owners and the culture and how each gym is always slightly unique. Obviously some are always better than others but my 1 star review is because who was working it was a personnel issue. Long story short, I used to compete in body building and used to be in great shape went through a lot and getting back into it. I am short on time always as I travel the world for work. I was doing 25 sets in under 15 minutes was the goal so a lot of super sets. I set the weight down as any lifter does during super sets not a slam but the weights will slightly ting. The trainer came over to me and said can you please not slam the weights.......... as a guy thats been working out for 20 years and been with anytime since the start, it could only make me chuckle. The old guy in great shape next to me doing the same thing smirked at me like she is a joke lol. The kid in great shape was doing a barbell shake curling basically just letting the 10 pounders drop to the floor so he can keep curling the bar ( He killed that set) and she didnt even approach him so i had to tell him to be careful you will get yelled at for pushing yourself. If you are trying to better yourself and challenge yourself this is the gym NOT FOR YOU. If you make any noise you will be confronted like i was today lol. Worst anytime experience Ive had in my last 20 years. In response to her response below: I just went on the site it was Olivia White honestly a bold face lie and if you dont remember the dumb BS you said to me, are you drinking on the job or something?? Honestly, once again it was this location and it was you lol I hope you get your head right, and I highly doubt that the way you approached me and some some dumb BS like you did once again as being a part of ANYTIME for probably longer than you have been with them this by far was the worst and stupidest experience i have ever had and FYI instead of working out and yelling at people working out clean your dam dirty dusty windows lololol

Not interested in a far-left environment in which politically-divisive views are promoted. The gym makes it clear which people it wants, and which it doesn’t. So be it. Hope they close soon!

Patricia Owen: I absolutely LOVE and look forward to working out everyday now ever since I joined Total Fitness Kickboxing a year ago!! Best birthday gift I ever gave myself. Lost fat, gained muscle, got healthier in general AND had fun doing it!! The trainers and the music make it so fun and goes by so fast and distracts you from the fact that you’re sweating up a storm! So glad I decided to check out the free class!!

Rita Brown: I have family in town and used this location almost every day for 3 weeks in July. I wish I lived closer! The staff always greeted me warmly. Everything was clean and in good working order. This location alone is worth the black card!

Haley Brant: Overall movement has been a very enjoyable franchise to visit! The staff are so friendly. They have gone above and beyond when Ive had specific things I needed support with (e.g. sustaining an injury that limited my mobility). I enjoy stopping by with my husband even when he climbs and I dont. Went to the Denton location today and Zack assisted me at the front desk. He was amazing and helped me in a way that felt very encouraging for me to keep coming back. Highly recommend if you want a gym that has a friendly and welcoming vibe.

The sauna experienced has had as much positive impact on my mental health as it has my physical health. I can only echo the review below saying that HOTWORX is my happy place. When I needed to cancel my membership due to a loss of income I was terribly sad. I was met with quick response and I did not experience trouble with this process. I cannot wait to be able to rejoin in the future.
