She called multiple times today, only to be repeatedly told that Kori is in a closing and could not assist her. I even received a text asking if I still wanted to add my wife. I confirmed my request and provided her contact information. However, I was then informed that my wife would have to call them herself, and she did, but of course, she was told that Kori was in a closing.
