1 /5 Katie McMurrin: I deposited 1,000 cash in the ATM, and it had an error and ended the transaction, but it didnt return the funds or show deposited into my account. I called several times but kept getting the central call center and had to keep requesting the branch I was at. Then, it would get forwarded to voicemail. I had to park and take my special needs son inside, then proceed to wait because they dont handle their own ATM. This entire process lasted almost an hour, and I missed my sons therapy. It is Thursday, and I have to wait until Tuesday (next time its serviced) to find out if the armored truck service finds an error (not the bank). I wanted to bank here because its local, but having to deal with a call center and an ATM that they source out, is opposite of local.
