Plaza De Oro - McAllen Joanna Diaz: My only complaint is that employees need to be properly trained on how to communicate with clients, especially over the phone. As well there needs to be more transparency with clients. When we went in person the owner went out of his way to make sure that we left satisfied with our purchase although it was not what we initially wanted. I had previously made purchases and never had this issue before and I hope it’s that way moving forward being that I am a returning client.
