1 /5 Tara Bemko: I went to the drive thru and waited for 25 minutes. At first when I sent in my slip I waited for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I pushed the call button to ask if they had gotten it. Only then did she take my things out of the container. The person in the other lane came after me and got there things before me. My transaction was not even complicated, just a simple withdrawal. If they were busy (which I doubt It because there was only 1 car in the parking lot) I feel like they should have communicated that to me instead of just having me sit there for 25 minutes without saying anything.

1 /5 Alabama Zephyr: Recently opened an account at this Bank. At the time I opened it I was told a small number of free checks had been ordered for me because occasionally I still have to write a check. After 2 months of waiting I go in only to find out that they were never ordered. I had to have someone else order them for me at this point and was told I would have them within 5 days. At least I did get them this go around but it did take 6 days so they arrived the day after I needed one. But my biggest gripe is why did it take two people at the drive-up window to do a cash deposit into my account? I sat waiting forever on something that should have taken less than 30 seconds. I see in the reviews other people whove had accounts here for years are now closing them and that is never a good sign. Im feeling edgy about this account and like Ill probably be closing it myself within months of opening it. :-(

5 /5 A Cruz Serrano: I was referred by a friend to come here and boy am I glad I did. Julia was the personal banker helping and she helped my friend. My friend came in with me and she remembered the interaction. I mean she really connected with us. She explained in details the step to take. In addition, what tier level I fall in based off my credit. The process took a little longer on my part. But, she was patient and determined to help me through it. I say she’s an asset to you company and even more so to your branch location. Thank you so much! You gave me my peace of mind back. Finances aren’t easy, but with Wellby Financials and Julia’s it was.

1 /5 Melvin Patterson: Im on my moms account she passed away I been doing her transactions and charges on her account withdrawaling money to pay her bills then she passed away they said I need a death certificate to close the account I brought that and they want let me close her account they trying to keep her money its so wrong I have to go through this I been on her account since February 2021

1 /5 Mark Huber: went to wellby on fm 1959 to get simple non legal letter notarized. when u walk in, employee in first office to the left came out and provided the worst customer service and said she could not notarize my document because it did not have state of texas written on the bottom om my letter. She saw I was handicapped but she did not care that i would have to ask for help to make it back to the credit union. . the worst customer service ever. I asked if I could hand write it in and she still said no. great way to treat your members. I called before going and no one told me about the requirement. went to local ups store and they notarized NO PROBLEM. her behavior was so negative from the very start. I wont be back at this location.
