I hope the shady business practices only extends to the marketing but it doesnt bode well for a place that manages peoples financial future.

At first when I sent in my slip I waited for 5 minutes and no one said anything until I pushed the call button to ask if they had gotten it. Only then did she take my things out of the container. The person in the other lane came after me and got there things before me. My transaction was not even complicated, just a simple withdrawal. If they were busy (which I doubt It because there was only 1 car in the parking lot) I feel like they should have communicated that to me instead of just having me sit there for 25 minutes without saying anything.
