5 /5 Brittney: I am not related to Candy Perry! The lady there was more helpful than anyone else I dealt with at insurance agencies. She’s always busy, but makes time to get you the best quote possible. I think I had gone in on a Thursday, and ended up coming back Monday to get it all taken care of. I appreciate her so much!:) God bless

5 /5 Monica Flores: Vanessa is a awesome person great personality great customer service. I got there 5 minutes before close time which was 4:50 p.m and she had 2 customers before me and she kindly let me in took my payment no complains she is so sweet and always smiling..

1 /5 Candy Perry: Awful customer service! The lady is never there, she leaves early; comes in late. SHE NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! I took off work early to go make a payment. I arrived at 10 minutes to 5 and the door was locked and she reluctantly opened it with attitude and preceded to tell me to find another insurance company ( mind you I have been a customer for almost 10 years. I never had any issues until they let Jennifer go and kept the woman that I am referring too. She basically refused my payment attempt and told me to go elsewhere with my business. Again AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

5 /5 Korie Fuentes: Vanessa has always been very helpful, going above and beyond to find me the best, most affordable, policy to fit my needs. She even gives me the option to text her for my convenience (as I believe she does for everyone) and she responds during/after business hours. Lastly she takes the time to explain every bit of the coverage by each line item. It is unethical to post a bad review when only giving 10 minutes. 10 minutes is highly inconsiderate when you take into consideration that there are others in line ahead. I often come by and Vanessa is servicing a lobby full, phone ringing excessively. Today she stayed late to finish getting my RV insurance wrapped up. I am a customer due to Vanessa!
