1 /5 Coby Dobbins: One star is to good for this company. Going on 5 months and still getting nowhere some chic hit my truck totaling it out . I have gotten a hold of TDI and they are looking in to it .Fred loya insurance yall are very unprofessional and yall should be ashamed how yall do business. Yall never call me back. And yall have done nothing but lie to me.

5 /5 Shea Lynn White: My family and I wemt for lunch on Mothers Day. It was super busy, but the servers and management were handling it like Champs! There was a hiccup with our food, but they made it right. It wasnt our first time and sure wont be our last. Thanks Willies for making what could be our moms last Mothers Day with all of us together great! ❤️

5 /5 Tressie Kelly: I called Fred Loya on Saturday to get insurance to change my policy because mine was so high. I was paying $370 with Progressive and Fred Loya was able to offer me a policy for $140 a month! What a difference! I did not deal with the local office but I did call was put through to the Del Rio office. They were efficient quick and got the job done and got my insurance started that day and I had an ID card sent to me that day by email. Very fast thank you Fred Loya I appreciate you very much!

5 /5 DIANNE REILLY: So, I called and spoke with a young lady named Erica and I was frantic to get insurance coverage for my new vehicle so I could drive it off the lot, go home and get some much needed rest, as I work 3rd shift. This young lady didnt even know me, but hearing the tired urgency in my voice she grabbed control of the situation with cheerful confidence, reassuring me that she would handle it. Which she did. If she was so amazing to just a random potential customer, I guarantee you she provided even better customer service to loyal Loya customers ( if thats even possible!)

1 /5 Hayes Dawn: Had to drive to office with cash, ATM visit, because they wont take a payment from a non- policyholder. Since when cant you pay someone elses insurance? Or use a debit card without the insureds name on a card? Or pay online? Think twice about this place. If you pay a week early you lose a week of coverage. It doesnt roll foreword. Normally if I pay my bill a week or month early it tacks on my coverage, not with this place!
