After a storm tore down my fence, damaged our roof, hail-damaged our deck and ripped paint off our home. Of the month & 1/2 Ive been working on my case, with no resolution as of yet, Luke Biggs has been out of office for a total of 2 &1/2 weeks. Unreachable. I do not feel taken care of, nor that my years of being a customer matter in the slightest. Theyve found a way to slither out of miscommunication they gave me on a STR while our home was inhabitable, as well as water damage inside our home. I will be shopping for a new insurance company as soon as this nightmare is over.
