2 /5 C Lucia: I’ve been a member here for a few years now. I’ve slowly seen the decline. Broken machines, jacuzzi dirty and looks greenish, rusted handles. The sauna was just upgraded and no rubber mat was put back in. I ran in after my swim session and nearly burned my feet. Now I take flip flops everywhere. The floors need a good power washing along with the showers. Today one of the benches had dirt and sand and I notified the lady at the front before I even did anything. An hour later it was still there. They really need to step it up.

1 /5 Jennifer Childress: Unfortunately, my experience so far at this gym has been very disappointing. The gym has been dirty every time I have gone, which is usually in the evening. Tonight I complained to the front desk worker about the restrooms but nothing was done. They were overflowing with tissue and hadnt been flushed? Trash on the ground both in the gym and locker rooms, dirt, hair, etc. I have also never been greeted at night when I have come in. I will not be renewing my membership. @the owner...it would be professional if you responded to the negative reviews, not just the positive ones. Update. So many machines broken. Most are rusty and dirty.

2 /5 e B: This is the only location they have in all of north Austin- every time there are more machines out of service or missing. Whats the point of paying if I cant use the equipment? Not to mention, I drove down to the Lamar location to find that its being demolished from the inside...wouldve been nice to be notified...Anyways, I cancelled my membership and hope to find a gym that is cleaner

4 /5 Erika D. H.: It is a good place, I think the price is excellent considering all that you get, a variety of machines, and different amenities such as pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and more. Points extra I value: The bathrooms and dressing rooms of women and men are separated. They have pool lifts in the pool and in the jacuzzi, also bathrooms with banks, that contribute to a more inclusive environment for people with mobility issues. Things I consider "issues": I think hey could do better with the cleanliness and the maintenance... Several machines and bathrooms out of service. I would give it 3.7/5 in general due to the issues with the cleanliness, you really could do better here guys, but I dont want to give just 3 stars due to some pretty good things they have.

The place is always super clean, the equipment works great, and the staff is really friendly — they actually make you feel welcome instead of just another member walking in. I never feel judged here, which is huge for me. Everyone’s focused on their own workouts, and the vibe is just really positive. It’s also nice that even during busy hours, I can usually find what I need without waiting forever. You can tell they care about keeping the gym in good shape — from the bathrooms to the machines, everything’s well taken care of. I always leave feeling good and motivated to come back. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly gym, North Planet Fitness is definitely the one!

From the get-go, youll feel right at home with the awesome vibe and super supportive atmosphere. The coach really knows their stuff and is super passionate about weightlifting. They give you personalized tips to make sure your form is on point and help you hit your fitness goals. Whether youre just starting out or have been lifting for years, you’ll see some serious progress. The best part? The sense of community. Everyone’s super friendly and cheers each other on, which makes the workouts a lot of fun. The gym is also packed with top-quality equipment, so you’ll have everything you need. In a nutshell, this weightlifting class rocks. If you want to get stronger and be part of a great crew, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

Muscle & Fitness Center - Laredo

Shin Onikumo: Affordable.... But at the cost of a small gym with limited machines and other patrons that are very inconsiderate. I often see, especially the oldem men, hogging 3 or 4 machines and or station! Why? Why are you such an awful person. Just train at home, youll save 20+ a month. I hate this gym, but it is the most affordable.

FitQuest70: On my FitQuest70 journey from Sacramento to Texas, I stopped at Gym #82 in Laredo, Texas, a gym with a nightclub vibe featuring neon purple lights in the restrooms, earning it a 4/5-star rating. The compartmentalized layout with a sofa and chairs for seating gives it a slightly tight feel, but the accurate scale was a plus. A dance class in the small studio was a bit loud for me but I think that’s the vibe it’s going for. With better maintenance, it could reach five stars—issues like an empty soap dispenser, a loose toilet paper holder, and a rotted wooden door in shower room #1 due to water overflow need fixing. Although I didn’t work out due to a long travel day, the gym’s unique atmosphere and potential stood out!

ATIA Fitness - Laredo

Angie Ramirez: HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! My son is 13 and has been with Chris since mid May. I can see a difference in my son. My son was a beginner at working out and knew nothing about it. Chris has had patience and has guided him every step of the way. He definitely gives him the push he needs to not "throw in the towel" as he says. If he slacks a bit, he gives him that motivation to keep pushing to give it his all. We admire his dedication and attention he gives to make sure you dont give up. My son looks forward to his workouts with him. He can be sore and in a bit of pain but still looks forward to working out. I highly recommend Atia Fitness with Chris. Especially any camps for kids, (as my son attended one with him aside from his normal training days) and really enjoyed it. Chris has a passion for what he does and it shows. Looking forward to more trainings with him.
