She gave helpful ideas, and was open to discussing any designs I had in mind. Throughout the process, I was updated and was kept well informed. My ring had a projected completion date of 2/3, and was completed early. Upon pickup I was greeted by all of Kragh’s employees, who were all beyond kind and excited to see my reaction to my ring. I am beyond pleased with the service and experience with this small business, and will be continuing to take mine and my family’s jewelry here.

1 /5 Larry White: Got a quote for a watch battery change. 40 dollars. Bullshit. When Ken was there I could get them changed for 15dollars. Went to Lockhart and got three batteries changed for 32.50. What a rip off. I will never be back to do business with these crooks.

They explained what needed to be done and why, and when I received my repaired rings back the repair was well done and reasonable. They do take a bit of time because they have a lot of repairs but in my opinion done well is better than done fast.

Loriann Cornwell: El and Asma were incredibly helpful when I needed help with my watch. When I asked about mobility options, he suggested I park near the Cotton Patch cafe entrance. There were stairs I could use with my canes and a wide ramp for a walker or wheelchair. Their store was clean and set up well. I told him what I needed and he quoted me an excellent price...while I could not get my watch cleaned today, I am sure I will be coming back when I need additional help. Would 100 percent recommend this business.
