1 /5 Elijah Timarky: On March 5, 2024, I came in to Pagel and Son’s Jewelry to get my 14k gold chain fixed. Instead of simply fixing it, they kept my original chain and replaced it with a different one without my consent. I am extremely disappointed and feel I was robbed of my own jewelry. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

They listened to my concerns and mastered it by empathizing and correcting it with professionalism. Definitely made sure to figure out a solution. My bracelet came out beautifully. Joseph Koch: It makes no sense to go anywhere else in the area. They are the best. A few years ago, the jewelry desk at the PX on post sent me here to have some jewelry I purchased on base sized. The work they did on my jewelry was so exceptional that I’ve been coming here for all my jewelry repairs ever since. Their customer service is consistently amazing, and their work is pure art. Now that I think about it, it’s unfair that it took me ten years to write them this review. Thank you Anthony Joseph Jewelers for all your awesome service over the years!

Paramount Jewelers - Killeen

Paul D: My wife purchased me a seiko watch online which I first took to 2 other jewelry stores to have the watch band adjusted to my size one of which broke the pins holding the band together. I then went to Paramount Jewelers around closing time and their manager and watch repair specialist had to back to me the very next day adjusted to my size free of charge. Will definitely be using Paramount in the future for any of my jewelry needs.

The owner "Big K" is a really nice guy. They sell all types of jewelry. Anything from Gold chains to Gold Grillz. Absolutely the best.

My Giving Tree Gift Shop & Art Gallery - Belton

Tasha Brush: We thought a very expensive chain from the store owner and she was very awful about it breaking days after we FINALLY RECEIVED it 2 months after we ordered it. She originally ordered the wrong color. Anyway, sorted that out and NEVER went back. My husband, kids and I enjoy riding our bikes and she yelled at us for riding by her store stating bikes aren’t allowed. She is mean, greedy and heartless. Cares only about herself and her daughters. I don’t recommend interacting with this store.
