First of, the store was very clean & smelt so good & I was immediately greeted by Erica while she was closing a sale with another customer. I walked in & was complimented by Christian & asked if I needed help. I was there for an event Erica & Dee were hosting. The way the ladies work so well as a team & the treatment I received at this location was immaculate! I do wish in the future, because there were so many selections to have bigger ring sizes in store instead of having to wait to order, but other then that I had a fabulous experience with the staff at this location. Great job! Thank you again Erica & Dee! I will be back.

5 /5 CCain: I recently visited the store and I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from the manager, Erica. I had been debating purchasing the Elisa Evil Eye gold necklace, but when I checked online, it was sold out and listed as unavailable for in-store purchase. I was disappointed but decided to visit the store anyway while out shopping. When I explained the situation to Erica, she immediately asked what I was looking for. I mentioned the necklace, and despite what the website said, she reassured me and had a sales associate to check. to my surprise and delight, they had the necklace in-store! Erica made my day by helping me find the piece I had been wanting. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, and Im so happy with my purchase. Thank you so much, Erica, for going above and beyond to help me! Your excellent service truly made a difference.

Carlos Ramirez: Ok. I know it doesnt look like much from the outside but, if youre looking for for beads and friendly, knowledgeable people to help then this is the place. I was impressed and I really dont have interest in beads - at least at this moment LOL. Brought an out of town jewelry making friend and he was impressed. The staff was so helpful and experienced. They can also fill you in on the history of the Pearland area. Enjoyable time for a non-beader.
