    Ashleigh Brindley: I bought jewelery from here and 2 months and 1 day exactly from purchase came in because the stud on a 500 dollar pair of earrings broke on the first time trying to wear. They wouldnt let us return it and got very angry and rude with my husband for being upset that less than 24 hours meant we couldnt do anything about a first wear broken set of earrings. And a the ring I bought is severely tarnished and discolored after only 2 months and they again told us sorry no we cant help you.

A welcome addition to Lubbock and a nice change from all the apparel stores in town. I love the Swig and Corksicle stuff and her jewelry is awesome. Great holiday options as well!

    Hubby: My name is Polo Navarro Jr from Laredo, Texas. I recieved my daughters graduation ring from San Jose Jewelers today. The shipping package was in good condition. I was pleasently surprise as to what was in the package. I found a small white cylinder leather purse with the companys name accross the center. The white small purse has a beautifull leather handle and a zipper that can be open from right to left. Inside is a pink cylinder jewelery box with my daughter"s college graduation ring. Thank you for crafting such a beautiful time peice to cheerish my daughters achievement.

My fiance was completely surprised and loved the design! Definitely planning of getting more jewelry designed by them again. They also designed my engagement ring and It is gorgeous! I could not have imagined a prettier ring! Highly recommend!!!!!!

    Shelly Wood: I took my engagement ring in to have it repaired. The female who waited on me seemed nice at first but quickly showed she could care less about helping me. She had a condescending attitude that made me feel like she thought I was beneath her. I left my ring to be repaired. After picking up my ring I noticed that the setting that had been repaired was much higher than the rest and the setting above it felt like it had been sheared off and was cutting into my finger. I took it back to the store and the same female looked at it and said that she could send it back but that I would have to pay for the sheared off setting because they didnt touch that one. It was not like that prior to me bringing it in to have the initial repair but she repeated that I would have to pay for it. I took my ring back and went to the Zales in the Richland Mall where I explained everything that had transpired (there was a lot more to this story than I am writing here because this is long enough already). I was treated so differently there. They treated me like I mattered. I felt seen and heard and they did every thing in their power to make it right. The outlet location is horrible. I do not recommend. If you want to be treated right and to find beautiful jewelry I recommend you go to the Richland Mall location instead.

    Sandy Barton: They are absolutely awesome to deal with! The entire transaction was incredibly smooth. Le Danni truly went above and beyond in fixing a nightmare situation we had with another jeweler (who sells diamonds internationally). They repaired everything the other jeweler messed up — and did it exactly how we wanted, at about half the cost of what a different local jeweler quoted us. The level of personal attention we received was unsurpassable. You honestly can’t go wrong working with them. We couldn’t be happier! Thank you, Le Danni, for turning our nightmare into a true dream.
