Tim Sherwood: Allstate Insurance - Waco Andrea Nunn: Theyre completely incompetent. Theyre screw-ups. They cant do anything right. Every time I go to this location their computer system is always either down or not working for some reason. You go in and ask for something real simple , like for them to print a copy of your policy , make a payment on your account or look up some information about your policy . The agent clicks buttons on the keyboard for 15 minutes, and then finally says the system isnt working and they cant perform the transaction or answer the question or do anything else you ask them to do. The agent was Jessica and she was a little witch. First, she told me me that I could not view my own information about my own policy on her computer because of confidentiality. Its my information. Why am I not allowed to view my own information? What exactly is on the screen that they dont want you to see?Then she got smart with me and told not to come in, that I needed to call on the phone when I tried to get her to answer a real simple question that I had about my coverage. Of course she couldnt answer the question because the system wasnt working. Then I asked them to print a copy of my policy. You would think this would be a simple request and something that they can do right? NO. They informed me that their printer wasnt working after 15 minutes of clicking on the computer keyboard. This isnt the first time this has happened. This is the same experience I have every time I deal with these people. If its broken, fix it. Allstate needs to fix their broken system. In the meantime, I will no longer be their customer. Im taking my business to someone who is transparent and can actually do their job.
