The store has a beautiful selection of high-quality pieces, from classic designs to more modern and unique styles. I was looking for a special gift and the staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand what I was looking for and even offered suggestions that I hadn’t considered. I ended up choosing a gorgeous necklace that was beautifully packaged and made the perfect gift. The craftsmanship is top-notch and you can tell that great care goes into each piece. What stood out the most was the customer service – warm, genuine, and professional. I never felt pressured and left the store feeling confident and happy with my purchase. I’ll definitely be returning for future gifts (and maybe something for myself!). Highly recommended if you’re looking for quality jewelry and a great shopping experience.

    Amarantha Segundo: Very rude, I went today to return my purchase that I made about 2 weeks ago and the lady said she couldn’t help me because the ring was “scratched” how is a ring that I bought “brand new” scratched?she then went on and said I can go to the Pandora in Mercedes to try and return it there but why am I gonna go and waist my gas just because she didn’t want to help me? How is it my fault they sold me a defective ring.. I should’ve known they sold me a “scratched” ring when the lady that sold it to me in the first place didn’t even want to give me a box or a bag until I asked for one. I’ve been a loyal customer from Pandora for years… going to stop coming here and just go to James Avery maybe they will appreciate my business more than this place. Valery I believe the girl name was not sure I was just to disappointed to remember her name.

    Crystal Tan: I just Googled this place to have my jewelry repaired. I had my earrings lock repaired and my watch battery replaced. you have to drive by slowly to not miss the place bec it’s not a big one. It has a small driveway for you to park. The older gentleman greeted me, he doesn’t speak much english and I don’t speak spanish but he was able to understand what I needed fixed. He fixed my earrings and replaced the battery of my watch in 20 minutes! He charged me $40 and I thought that was a reasonable price. They only accept cash or zelle for payment. I highly recommend this place. If you are also looking for jewelry, Garcia’s has a lot that you can check out.
