1 /5 Krista Goswick: We met with Mr Mitchell and paid the retainer. He sent a letter to the man who had stolen $13K from us, and that was pretty much it. He doesn’t return emails and hasn’t returned a phone call since he sent the letter and needed a response from us. If we need a response, it’s radio silence. We have tried getting the remainder of our retainer back, and surprise surprise, they don’t call back or mail the check. No itemized receipt. Nothing. But how do you sue a lawyer?
