What Clients Are Saying about Inpoweriq Performance Center (on GG)
5 /5 Oyeka Eka: First time visiting and it was a very clean and neat environment. Staff were welcoming too.
4 /5 Jack Lacy: Good facility and good staff.
3 /5 Jordan S: Great facility and excellent coaches. My only complaint is that the vending machine is often out of order. For the price we pay, it would be helpful if they worked—it’s inconvenient to have to stop elsewhere for snacks and drinks, which often makes us a few minutes late
5 /5 Mechelle Lewis Freeman: It has great trainers and great equipment and a great outdoor area for football, soccer, etc.great place to train and workout
5 /5 Gerald Collins: Wonderful facility and incredible staff. Kids had a blast.
S.T. Adams: A really nice compact, yet fully stocked gym. Sometimes it gets busy, but never crowded. The management keeps it super clean and all the equipment is new and in great shape. Staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly!
Alejandro Morales: I would give zero stars if there was an option!
I don’t usually write detailed reviews, but my experience at Club4Fitness on FM544 in Murphy, TX was disappointing enough that it needs to be shared. I recently visited the gym to cancel my membership after my doctor advised me to take 6–8 months off due to an injury.
The shift manager, JD, was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional the moment I mentioned cancellation. His behavior was completely uncalled for and made an already frustrating process much worse. On the other hand, his subordinate, Micah, handled the situation with maturity, patience, and professionalism - exactly how customer service should be done.
It’s also worth noting that these gyms make it extremely easy to sign up - friendly smiles, simple forms, low prices, and “join today” deals. But when it comes to canceling, even for legitimate medical reasons, the process suddenly becomes overcomplicated, unclear, and intentionally difficult. It feels like they’re hoping you’ll just give up and keep paying.
If you’re considering joining, be cautious. Read the fine print carefully, and know what you’re signing up for. The facilities may look appealing, but the management’s attitude and lack of professionalism - especially from JD - really taint the experience.
