Grace Burden: Kennedy is absolutely amazing! I’ve had two deep tissue massages with her now, and I always leave feeling so much better. Kennedy is very informative about what she’s doing and why to help you better understand the cause of your issue and how to improve it. She is very well educated and is obviously very passionate about her profession. She’ll leave you with stretches and movements to help prevent/minimize this in the future as well.

Barret Curnutte: Have been to all of the other F3 locations in town. This is by far the premier location. It’s outdoors, meets rain or shine with the thick scent of testosterone and coffee. 5/5 stars highly recommend In all seriousness, these men are my friends and brothers. They sharpen me to be a better man, husband, and father. The work out is what brought me but the fellowship is what Keeps me.
