    Iraen Marsh: Went there @635(closes at 8). Gates were pulled half way down already, so you cant go inside. Ended up going into Dillards located in the mall right behind the store and had to pay to get the charms placed on; because they were purchased at the actual James Avery store. LETS DO BETTER, BUSINESS IS JUST TAKING OFF AT THIS LOCATION!

    M: 2 stars for these reasons. They have Made in China quality with Dillards type prices, copycat products (purses especially), and little to no variety in dresses. To be fair, my wife seen 2 she liked so she walked in. Fast forward. Wife came home mentioning to me she didn’t buy anything from here because the staff followed her like a hawk and stared at her rudely. So, while I could’ve easily taken my wifes word for it, I like doing experiments myself. I decided to go in myself to “buy” some earrings, but observe. Sure enough, while I was browsing the earrings, I look up to see if it was true. My wife was right. Ever see those hothead cops that kinda do that pompous walk, slowly, kinda wide, observing in a smug tone? It was these people. Weird way for staff to act this way, and it wasnt just me, it was several other ladies in there that felt off by that behavior. I know mall businesses are struggling, but even as a man it felt like the staff was going to tell me a sale was in the back, but a dude with a baseball bat was waiting for me. Avoid if you want to keep your legs. I joke, but the stares/following are very much real and you need to tell your staff to have manners or get rid of them, you’re losing business.

    Sonya Landry: Mrs. Pearl is a beautiful person with a beautiful spirit. Each time I shop at Puppies and Pearls, I see more than one item that I like. I love that she does not have a bunch of the same items. I always get compliments on the jewelry I purchase from her and everything is very reasonable. You will not be disappointed!

    Spencer Wagley: I went to shop for my wifes Valentines present and had a wonderful experience. I was greeted within seconds of entering the store and the sales associate took the time to show me around and help me with my selection. They had a sale buy 3 get 3 free and she let me know that this was going on. Over all it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

    Alonzo Kinlaw: They didnt have what we needed. My baby girl lost her earrings. we were replacing just that one and didnt have it. Ok, cool, lets upgrade her to a real diamond they didnt have that either. Also, it seems like the workers were not on the same page with how to properly take care of actually ear after the piercing. We got different stories. The worker was sweet, friendly, and worked hard to satisfy us. She went the extra mile to call another store to find what we needed.
