The other experience was roof replacement due to hail damage. Their excellent adjustor (Mike Shepherd) worked with my roofer for quite a time, and the results were quite satisfactory. I highly recommend Grissom, wonderful customer service.

John Shoemaker: Dan, at Arandale, has gone above and beyond to give us the best service available and has provided us with insurance for our three (3) companies as well as our home and vehicles. His extensive knowledge regarding both commercial and homeowners policies has provided us with considerably better coverage than we previously had from another company at a much better rate. Dan has also found coverage on both our business and home policies which our last insurance company was not able to offer. Due to the type of services offered by our companies we are required to have multiple endorsements that can be very confusing to a layman.
