I got to know rode side still charging me I requested refund for 5 months they denied my request

1 /5 Maron Johnson: Dont buy auto insurance with this agency! They lied to me and my husband about our policy! Now they check credit scores, based on your credit score thats how you get your montly bill if is a low score it affects how much you have to pay every month, every month they check your credit score and we never knew about it. However, they never send us a bill. The only thing we had in our mail about AAA insurance is a cancelation policy. Additionally, Ive never been able to have my proof of insurance either, even after I waited 3 days making the monthly payment! I constantly asked for my proof of insurance and never got it. Most horrible experience I ever had with this company! Very bad, poor, and unfriendly customer service! I recommend State Farm insurance! They are the best! Friendly and professional! They gave us a great price policy! And I got my proof of insurance the first day!

5 /5 Patrick Stanford-Galloway: Isael was EXTREMELY helpful in helping me get my car towed after someone broke into. He had to put in a lot of extra work to help me because the of the damage from the break-in, but he did it without complaint! Highly recommend this AAA location. :)

Fred Loya Insurance - Round Rock

Hope R: I have been with Fred Loya for more than 10 years now and I have never had to file a claim because of an accident until just recently. I am so disappointed with this company. It was fast and easy to file a claim, but when it came to getting an estimate of the damages and calling the adjuster to find out what was going on with the claim no one would call back and u always had to leave a message because no one would ever answered the phone. I even had to leave a message for the adjusters supervisor, but they also never called me back. Since no one was calling me back I did call the Round Rock location and they hanged up on me twice. When it came to looking for a body shop to fix my car we had to call around because Fred Loya would not give us a pacific body shop that they work with to fix the car. They told me it was my job to look for a body shop since it was our choice where we wanted repairs done. Every body shop that I called would tell me no we can’t fix your car because we don’t work with Fred Loya. I asked why and everyone told me because Fred Loya will not pay them for the repairs they have done in the pass. When it came to getting a rental I also had to pay out of pocket because the rental place said that Fred Loya insurance only covers a certain amount everyday. Fred Loya did tell me the the out of pocket that I paid can be reimbursed. But I doubt that. I still need to file a claim for that. The reason I say that is because Fred Loya said they would reimburse me only $100 of tow services, but I only got $50 back. And of course the tow service was a lot more then that. Fred Loya might be a lot cheaper than other companies, but u really get what u pay for. I do not recommend Fred Loya so if u can please go else where. Once I get my car back from the body shop I will be changing companies. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Best Of Luck.

On top of that, we discovered we have the exact same car, from the same place, with the same sales person… what are the odds?! Such a small world moment. Honestly, whatever Mike is getting paid is not enough for his hard work. I really appreciate how personable and efficient he was made insurance feel way less stressful. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 11:30am on 10/6/2024 racist? or you dont want to work? bad service I will never return and I will put it on all my social networks I said Racism, because I went to the store and the lady didnt open the door, I looked over the window and she told me it was closed, the door was locked then 2 people (men) let them in. How do you call what I say lies? if it just happened. Train your staff well and tell them to serve customers no matter what. ,Bad service and if you dont believe it, check it out.

In June 2022 my we got commercial insurance / worker’s comp/ automobile with Rosemary and Henry Jackson they charged us over $3,000 ! Every little change we did to our policy was $700 to $800 just for the little change. It was our first time purchasing insurance for our company so we were naive. Yesterday we went to state farm directly and paid only $700 for Everything. And our monthly payments are way less ! We had to add an addition insured and a waiver of subrogation today and State Farm they did it at no cost . Something Henry would charge an arm and leg for!
