John Shoemaker: Dan, at Arandale, has gone above and beyond to give us the best service available and has provided us with insurance for our three (3) companies as well as our home and vehicles. His extensive knowledge regarding both commercial and homeowners policies has provided us with considerably better coverage than we previously had from another company at a much better rate. Dan has also found coverage on both our business and home policies which our last insurance company was not able to offer. Due to the type of services offered by our companies we are required to have multiple endorsements that can be very confusing to a layman. Dan has been able to not only explain what the endorsements cover, but also was able to answer our questions on how they would be implemented should we have a loss. As such, I recommend him to everyone I know who needs commercial and/or homeowners insurance. It would be a costly mistake not to ask for Dans help when searching for your insurance needs. I am very hopeful that we will never have a claim on our insurance. I am confident that we are fully covered should it be necessary to file a claim in the future. Fred Loya Insurance - Round Rock

Hope R: I have been with Fred Loya for more than 10 years now and I have never had to file a claim because of an accident until just recently. I am so disappointed with this company. It was fast and easy to file a claim, but when it came to getting an estimate of the damages and calling the adjuster to find out what was going on with the claim no one would call back and u always had to leave a message because no one would ever answered the phone. I even had to leave a message for the adjusters supervisor, but they also never called me back. Since no one was calling me back I did call the Round Rock location and they hanged up on me twice. When it came to looking for a body shop to fix my car we had to call around because Fred Loya would not give us a pacific body shop that they work with to fix the car. They told me it was my job to look for a body shop since it was our choice where we wanted repairs done. Every body shop that I called would tell me no we can’t fix your car because we don’t work with Fred Loya. I asked why and everyone told me because Fred Loya will not pay them for the repairs they have done in the pass. When it came to getting a rental I also had to pay out of pocket because the rental place said that Fred Loya insurance only covers a certain amount everyday. Fred Loya did tell me the the out of pocket that I paid can be reimbursed. But I doubt that. I still need to file a claim for that. The reason I say that is because Fred Loya said they would reimburse me only $100 of tow services, but I only got $50 back. And of course the tow service was a lot more then that. Fred Loya might be a lot cheaper than other companies, but u really get what u pay for. I do not recommend Fred Loya so if u can please go else where. Once I get my car back from the body shop I will be changing companies. Don’t waste your time and money like I did. Best Of Luck.

Honestly, whatever Mike is getting paid is not enough for his hard work. I really appreciate how personable and efficient he was made insurance feel way less stressful. Highly recommend!

I arrived at 11:30am on 10/6/2024 racist? or you dont want to work? bad service I will never return and I will put it on all my social networks I said Racism, because I went to the store and the lady didnt open the door, I looked over the window and she told me it was closed, the door was locked then 2 people (men) let them in. How do you call what I say lies? if it just happened. Train your staff well and tell them to serve customers no matter what. ,Bad service and if you dont believe it, check it out.
