    Mornasheia Jackson: So on 12/29/2018 My husband and I went to this Fiesta Auto Insurance business to ask a question about their tax service. So my husband went to the door and the lights were out and the door was locked but we had gotten there at 5:15 and the business hours on the door of the establishment said hours were 9-6 on Saturday. Their was a lady, heavy set, caucasian lady at the desk on her computer who saw my husband at the door. She didnt bother to tell my husband she was perhaps closed even though the business hours said 9-6 on the day we went and it was only 5:15, she just sat there. So my husband came back to the car and called the establishment and the phone just rang and the lady that was working didnt answer. So we left, we will just do our tax business somewhere else this upcoming year. But my whole problem with this situation was that had the business had different hours that changed it should of been posted on the door that way we would know that the hours were different or had changed and we would of just left in one peace, another thing is the lady who was working last night could of at least came to the door and said that they were closed for whatever reason instead of just looking at us like we wanted to rob her!!! Had it been a man(white man) dressed up in a suit I bet she would got up opened the door and gave him a reason why the door was locked at 5:15 when her businesshours says opens until 6! I will be however taking this beyond! That was so unprofessional and rude in many ways! And for things like that I would not want to do business with people like that! That lady/customer service representative and she should have represented her company (Fiesta Auto Insurance) better than what she did Thanks for listening

    Frank N: 4/07/25: I had a terrible experience at the AAA location in Garland, Texas. I received a letter from my mortgage company which stated that they paid the renewal premium on my AAA homeowners policy that I had canceled after 9 years effective 3/25/25. I stopped by the office and was speaking with Chris Anderson about it, since I have known him since 2011, and hes always been helpful and friendly. He was looking into it on his monitor and trying to figure it out. I was standing at the counter. Out of no where, Evan Smith walked over and stood behind Chris. He did not greet me, nor acknowledge me. Evan started asking me several questions, and before I could answer, he would ask me additional questions. I did not take well to his tone, and told him that I had been a AAA member for over 20 years. He stated that had nothing to do with anything. I told Evan that I did not know him, did not ask for him, and didnt know why he interjected himself in the situation. Evan decided to talk to Chris about my concern while in front of me, and Chris was put in the uncomfortable position to relay Evans opinion to me, although I was standing right there, and heard the whole conversation. It’s extremely disappointing to see someone like Evan Smith, a Branch Business Manager (according to his business card) working at AAA, who is very unprofessional, clearly dislikes his job, and is definitely not suited for a customer facing environment. This kind of service damages AAA’s reputation, and upper management should seriously reconsider keeping employees like this. I submitted an online inquiry about my homeowners policy and received a personalized response in three days. I also submitted a complaint form to AAA regarding my unfortunate experience with Evan, and received an apology from the company.
