L R W I’ve been in business 24 years as an independent pre own dealership. Earlier this year I requested a quote thru the new business dept handle by Rikki I sent the application 3 months in advance and provided my current policy for a full analysis. I also provided a list of companies my current agent used so they would not spend time submitting to them. I had multiple conversations text and email in our discussion. In one conversation she complained about the list of other companies I had provided. In which I provided to save her time. Before my renewal I was promised a better policy and pricing but never received one call or text or email. I did make Mrs Mullens aware however I’m not aware how she addressed the issue.

Jasmin Canales Absolutely do not recommend this insurance company. I called weeks in advance to cancel my policy and even signed the necessary paperwork to authorize the cancellation. I followed up with a phone call to confirm everything was processed, and I was told the cancellation was completed on their end. Despite that, they went ahead and charged my card for a renewal fee. When I called to fix it, they suddenly had no record and just kept giving me the runaround. This company is completely untrustworthy. They take your money even after youve done everything to cancel properly. Save yourself the headache—go somewhere else. These people are money-hungry and dishonest.

Derrick Wash Bellas Insurance is a shady company that has changed its name several times to cover up their evil dealings with easily persuaded customers. The heavyset Hispanic lady who works at the location on Walnut St. and the Hispanic man that works at the Buckner Blvd. location are wolves in sheeps clothing. They will flat out lie to you. Dont get hoodwinked by their sweet talk. Bellas Insurance is also in partnership with a shady company that has three different names: Auto AMG, Home State County Mutual Insurance, and Bravo Insurance -- same company. RED FLAG WARNING! Each of these companies have a different address in different states and different phone numbers. Heres where it gets deceptive. The same Hispanic guy whos name is Alex answers the phone for all these different companies. Alex works in the claims department, payment processing department, customer service department, and he is the operator. RED FLAG WARNING! Do not give these people your information. I switched my insurance once my policy ended and now Im getting bills from these companies out of nowhere. No one will give me an explanation and theyre giving me the run-a-round. Ive had the worst experience ever with this company. I will not recommend Bellas Insurance or their partners to anyone. I wish I had of did my research before hand.

Hayden New Cornel cernat at twfg is the place to go if you want honesty and affordable prices. Kim has always been very helpful with any questions I have ever had for her! I was paying ten dollars more a month before I went with them some where else without uninsured motorist. Now I have uninsured motorist and its $10 cheaper! Place to go to if you ever want great customer satisfaction highly recommend them!

Adrianna and Mommy Morey I was with this company for 18 months. My insurance just kept getting higher and higher every 6 months. Their customer service is horrible. I switched to Baja. Much better customer service. Lower rates. I called to cancel and was told to fax a cancellation request in. Called today to confirm they got it and they had no record. A couple hours later they found it. So if I paid 86$ on the 15th and cancelled on the 25th, I should be refunded about 2/3 of my money. They tell me Im only getting $29 back. How is that possible that they can just cheat people out of their money like that. I promise I will never recommend anyone to go here. HORRIBLE ! and I will be contacting BBB over this. You cant just keep peoples money

Bigg Love I wouldnt even give this place one star... I was recommended to go there and I was trying to be social with the alleged lady and told her that my friend was trying to get me to go to Amax and I was glad I didnt and I was going to tell her to come to Altima... Well the lady made a strange comment and said well you can go ahead and go there if you want to and she quoted me over $2000 just for 6 months and I was honest with her and I told her it was too much for me and she had a smirk on her face and answered her phone like she was truly happy to not have my business I was very honest with her about my moving violations like I was with Amax and they quoted me $966 for 6 months! Thanks Altima for being rude to me...appreciate that!
