1 /5 Isaac Muller: Absolutely Horrible Communication I called/texted to get a new car added to our policy. I never heard back. When I finally blew up the phone wondering why no response they said “you have 30 days in TX to add a new purchase. You should know that” really? If I knew the laws and the ins/outs I would be selling insurance. When I finally had enough I switched companies. Took me over a week to finally get my policies canceled…..meantime they still drafted my payment for February on the 5th even though our policy was supposed to be canceled the 1st of February. Now I have to wait for a refund for something that never should have happened. There are way better agents out there (my new one responds AND saved us $2,000/yr between home and auto). I would NOT recommend Link or Goosehead to anyone. If you google “Goosehead insurance” and read the reviews across different agents….its all the same. Horrible service and horrible communication.
